PRO WORKOUTS

Vitesse Running Coach has 50+ workouts designed by professional athletes. Divided into different categories, they are fit for running enthusiasts ranging from Beginners to Marathon trainees.

The different intensity levels will improve your running dramatically. You will get the most complex and practical training experience. The intensity tags in the app indicate what each workout is preparing you for:

- Basic Endurance run - this is the foundation of your training. It helps your capillary system and makes your body more efficient by using more fats for fuel.

- Speed Endurance run - all the intervals included in the red tag are designed to advance both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance, while your V02max is improving as well.

- Strength Endurance run - this is where you push your limits and train your body to perform at high intensity for a short duration of time.
